To get in touch with you, we will write you an e-mail, if necessary, with further information, for processing your inquiry, your order or in the context of our general business relationship. For this purpose, your e-mail address, the e-mail content and the history of communication are recorded.
The processing of the data is based on the fulfilment of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures (customer relationship, contracts with business partners, authorities, employees). The data will only be passed on if this has been agreed with you or is necessary for the current business transaction. Your data will be stored on our systems within the scope of the legal obligation to store them.
Distribution of incoming mail to the respective departments, persons. Personal letters are delivered unopened. Answering the central calls and forwarding. Reception of visitors and entry of the visitor in the visitor sheet, in order to have an overview of which external persons are on the site.
For this purpose we collect the following data from you: Name of employee, business partner Name, attendance times of visitor, signature of visitor. The data collection is based on a legal requirement according to art. 6 par. 1 lit. c DSGVO. The processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which the person responsible is subject (occupational safety, occupational safety, postal secrecy); in addition, the person responsible has a justified interest in allowing only authorised persons into the company premises. The data will only be passed on if this has been agreed with you or is necessary for the current business transaction.
Your data will be stored on our systems within the scope of the legal obligation to store them.
To ensure the availability of our printers and copiers, we use an external support and leasing service for printers and copiers. The service technicians may have access to print jobs, information about people on print jobs and the customer for printing.

The processing is based on your voluntary consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO by agreeing to the terms of use before using the WLAN. You can revoke your consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing processes already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data will not be passed on. We reserve the right to take further measures based on the stored data.
The data is stored for one year.
In order to process your order or inquiry, we collect personal data from contact persons (name, e-mail address, telephone number, responsibility in your company).
Processing is based on a contract or pre-contractual measure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO.
This information is forwarded internally to the necessary departments and, if necessary, to external bodies subject to confidentiality. The data is stored within the framework of the legal storage obligations.
For processing financial accounting in various IT systems: SAP, Office, and online banking tools and for electronic invoice processing (verification, approval), we have mapped a process in the company. In the process, personal data may be processed by contact persons or on billing information (name, e-mail address, telephone number).
The processing is based on a legal requirement according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. Processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which the controller is subject (principles of proper accounting). .
A forwarding does not take place. The data is stored within the framework of the legal storage obligations.

Your personal data will be stored for as long as necessary for the purpose. Legal storage obligations remain unaffected.
We offer you the opportunity to apply to us (e.g. by e-mail, by post or via online application form or PitchYou – see below). In the following, we inform you about the scope, purpose and use of your personal data collected during the application process. We assure you that the collection, processing and use of your data will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law and all other statutory provisions and that your data will be treated in strict confidence.
If you send us an application, we will process your associated personal data (e.g. contact and communication data, application documents, notes taken during interviews, etc.) insofar as this is necessary to decide on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is Section 26 BDSG under German law (initiation of an employment relationship), GDPR Article 6 (1) (b) (general contract initiation) and – if you have given your consent – Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. If the application is successful, the data submitted by you will be stored in our data processing systems on the basis of Section 26 BDSG and GDPR Art. 6 (1)(b) for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship.
If we are unable to make you a job offer, if you reject a job offer, or if you withdraw your application, we reserve the right to retain the data you have provided on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) for up to 6 months from the end of the application process (rejection or withdrawal of the application). Subsequently, the data will be deleted and the physical application documents destroyed. This storage serves in particular as evidence in the event of a legal dispute. If it is apparent that the data will be required after the 6-month period has expired (e.g. due to an impending or pending legal dispute), the data will not be deleted until the purpose for continued storage no longer applies.
Longer storage may also take place if you have given your consent (GDPR Art. 6 (1)(a)) or if legal storage obligations prevent deletion.
In addition to the offered application channels, we give you the possibility to apply with us via PitchYou. Provider is SBB Software und Beratung GmbH, Bahnhofstraße 7, 95119 Naila, Germany. PitchYou is based on WhatsApp Business.
In order for the application process to start, the call of the application interview (e.g. via QR code) is required. After that, their WhatsApp application opens and the process begins. During the chat, the following data will be collected from you: Name, date of birth (for age verification) as well as the required applicant data (education, school degree, etc.).
The use of PitchYou is based on a voluntary consent according to GDPR Art. 6 (1)(a). You can revoke your consent at any time by writing a simple /stop command in the chat or by not continuing the chat. Further data processing upon complete termination of the chat is based on § 26 BDSG under German law (initiation of an employment relationship) and GDPR Art. 6 (1)(b) (general contract initiation).
The data you enter will be transmitted to the HR department and, if applicable, the responsible management. We have concluded an order processing agreement with the provider of PitchYou. If you cancel the interview or do not proceed with it, the data collected up to that point will be automatically deleted after 24 hours at the latest. Otherwise, your data will be stored by us in accordance with the paragraph “Data retention period (see above)”.
In addition to the application channels offered, we also give you the opportunity to apply to us via ELO Management. Provider is ELO Digital Office GmbH, Tübinger Straße 43, 70178 Stuttgart. If an application is received by mail, the application-relevant data is manually entered into the ELO applicant management.
The use of ELO Management is based on a business purpose according to GDPR Art. 6 (1)(f). The controller has a legitimate interest to manage applicant data centrally and properly.

The data is recorded by video cameras at the gates to ensure that only authorised trucks and cars enter the premises. Trucks and cars are monitored, but in individual cases people can also be seen during transmission.
The processing of the data is based on a business purpose according to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The responsible person has a legitimate interest to avoid or to recognize the access to the company premises to rules and crimes.
Video surveillance can be viewed on the monitors at the doorman’s office. A storage and passing on of the data does not take place.
The data is recorded by video cameras at the gates to ensure that only authorised trucks and cars enter the premises. Trucks and cars are monitored, but in individual cases people can also be seen during transmission.
