Via the latest extrusion technology we are able to provide you with a customised, individual layer structure in your plastic tube.
LINHARDT continuously invests in cutting-edge manufacturing technology for plastic tubes in Germany. Within the next years about 4.5 million Euros will be invested in our Hambrücken plant. Our new extruder technology allows us to realize a customised layer structure configured according to your requirements. For instance, it is possible to integrate a high share of PCR material into the tube, but preventing the direct contact of the recyclate to the filling good. Thanks to our innovative HD-print, we’re producing not only particularly sustainable, but also outstandingly beautiful tubes.

PCR TUBE
We are pioneers in the use of post-consumer recycled plastics in tubes. In addition to various PCR materials from the open loop, we can also offer tubes made of PCR with food conformity.
By combining different PCR materials in one tube, the advantages of every material can be exploited in an optimal way.
We are the only supplier in Europe being able to produce transparent tubes from PCR material with HD printing. To increase sustainability, we can produce PCR tubes with thinner walls, as well as mono-material solutions.
The decoration with high-resolution HD printing is possible.
MONO-MATERIAL TUBE
Body, shoulder and cap of our mono-material tubes are made of PE or PCR instead of the usual PE tube and PP cap, resulting in significantly better recyclable packaging. Even more resource-efficiency can be achieved by reducing the amount of material used in the tube, or by using recycled material.
LIGHTWEIGHT TUBE
Our lightweight tubes can be produced with various reductions in wall thickness and are available as a mono-PE solution.
For improved recyclability, we also offer closures made of polyethylene (PE) for our PE tubes instead of the usual polypropylene (PP) closures. This means that the entire tube is made from the same type of plastic and is therefore highly recyclable. In addition, we are leader in the use of various post-consumer recycled plastics (PCR plastics). By increasing recyclability and using recycled material, we are making our contribution to a sustainable circular economy.
Our plastic tubes are available in different diameters from 13.5 mm to 50 mm and the corresponding lengths from 50 mm to 200 mm.

For plastic tubes there are various printing- and decoration technologies. Our own LINHARDT HD-print technique, a high-resolution variant of offset printing, makes a real eye-catcher out of your tubes.
Of course, we also offer conventional methods like offset and silk-screen printing. In addition to finishes with matte-/ silk-/ or gloss lacquer, other refinements are possible as well. Special spots can be highlighted with embossing or partially applied spot-lacquer or double lacquer.
